Return policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right to return all or part of the order, within 15 days from the delivery date of the order. You can choose between the following procedures: Product exchange, Money refund and Voucher.

Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. The products must be accompanied by their original packaging, in excellent condition, without damage, complete and with the relevant documents.

In case you choose product exchange or a voucher for future purchase, the return is FREE via ACS Courier* or Box Now. Take the package to your local ACS store and ask to send it back to us with Receiver Charge.

If you choose money refund you will be charged the full return cost. We suggest making the change via ACS or Box Now for a more economical solution (Receiver Charge). As soon as the return is complete we will credit you 3€(ACS) or 2€(Box Now) less.

Return procedures:

The packaging must be intact, not damaged and with no tags missing. Close the package the package safely.
Fill out the “Return Form” which you will find by clicking here, in order to inform us about the reasons of return and the way you want to help you.

1. Voucher
   (Free with Acs or Box Now)
   After your request has been processed, you will receive a gift voucher via e-mail. The voucher will correspond to the total amount of your initial purchase. You have 365 days to spend the full amount of the voucher. If you do not spend the full amount of your gift voucher, you can use it for your next purchase.
2. Product Exchange
   (Free with Acs or Box Now)
   You are liable to make changes to the same or another product in any BADILA store with your product and proof of purchase within 30 days from the delivery date.
   You can also make changes to the same or another product through our online store. Make your changes online by sending your parcel back to the company. Your package inside should contain the returning product and the receipt. Also you should inform us either with email at eshop@badila.gr or by contact via phone 2102530017.
3. Money refund
   (Charge €3 with ACS or €2 with Box Now)
   In case of full refund, you will receive the full amount of your purchase within 14 business days from the day we will receive the items back. In order to refund the money you must put the receipt inside the package. The refund will be executed by Alpha bank or Piraeus bank. For money refund in other banks, any extra costs are not covered by us.

If you have received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it by ACS or Box Now. Remember to enclose the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to our offices. Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items and the corresponding postage and return expenses.

Please note that the postage expenses will be reimbursed after the items are reimbursed.
